This is the initial “SHARE Humanitarian of The Month”. Each month SHARE will spotlight people in the community who give relentlessly and without hesitation to help others.
Ms. Gresser exemplifies volunteerism as she is assisting with the creation of Veterans Village, Downtown Las Vegas, Variety Early Learning Center and numerous other projects that SHARE is dedicated to in the Southern Nevada community. Her efforts to date have resulted in mobilizing countless volunteers, professional assistance and a relentless commitment to our community with helping others in need.
Monica Gresser Bio:
Monica Gresser, owner/architect of BRAZEN architecture, INC, believes in giving her local community as much as she has received from it. As an active member of US Green Building Council, the Society of American Military Engineers, and WBEC-West, she pools her knowledge of people and green building design to assist local organizations such as Veteran’s Village, Variety Early Learning Center, and Aid For AIDS-Nevada. She the is 2011 recipient of the USGBC-NV Community Leadership Award and a volunteer organizer for USGBC-NV and SAME community projects. Monica has lived and worked in Las Vegas since 2001, with her extraordinary husband, Shawn.
