Veterans Village Workforce Housing provides truly affordable housing solutions right in the heart of downtown Las Vegas. This unique and innovative housing model is complemented by a broad range of supportive services designed to empower residents and promote independent living.

Established in 2017, this project was created in response to the growing need for accessible and sustainable housing options. With rising housing costs, many individuals and families simply cannot afford even the most basic housing. Veterans Village aims to bridge that gap.

The property, formerly a Travelodge motel, has been thoughtfully renovated  into safe and secure housing units. Each self-contained apartment includes a private living area, dining space, bathroom, and essential amenities to support independent living.

Residents also benefit from on-site supportive services, including:

• A food pantry provided through a partnership with Three Square/Feeding America.
• Healthcare services are provided through Molina Healthcare.
• Access to job opportunities are provided through Workforce Connections.
